Disney Princess issues...

Just. Some playful nitpicking at the logic of Disney..first off, you know when the. Vendor in Agrabahs market place is about to cut Jasmine's hand off because she can't pay? ...why didn't he just demand she give him those huge golden earrings she was wearing as payment? Those had to be worth an apple and they were pretty dang visible even with her hood up covering her tiara headband, so granted, yes, she might have forgotten she was wearing them or it never occurred to her to barter them, because she's not used to paying for things, but still, you'd think an angry vendor who wants paid for his one lousy Apple would pick up on that.

Next question...Moana means Ocean in their native language...so was she born BEFORE her father took a boat out past the reef and died? Because it seems kinda bizarre to me if you hate the ocean so much and blame it for the death of your best friend to name your beloved newborn  child "ocean" ...just saying. Unless gramma Tala named her.

Going back to Jasmine, just a playful crack at her logic based on a meme I saw. Asked Aladdin if it's safe to ride the carpet...but she owns a pet tiger. A TIGER. Her father thinks it's too dangerous for her to leave the palace but he lets her keep a pet TIGER...um...that's some great logic there, right?


Incidentally, I have heard rumors that Dwayne Johnson is trying to get Donald Trump impeached and get himself elected as our president. I don't want to stir up a political hornets nest by talking too much about who I'm supporting, but if it does happen, all I can say is when Dwayne gives his inauguration  speech, I so hope he breaks into singing "You're welcome, you're welcome" at the end of it because I would literally be on the floor laughing hysterically
