Sorority Sisters of EVIL

Okay, long story but I have this idea that characters like Mirage, Chaos and the Genie can cross multiple dimensions, being almost all powerful, so why would they not interact with likeminded individuals in places like the Darkwing universe, for example? As for the idea of Malicia (copyrighted by )and Disney's Mirage, AKA Evil Incarnate being sorority sisters, I ask you, why not? mirage can travel their dimensional portals and time, meaning why couldn't she leap forward into the future during her late teens to attend Academy? I mean, can't you picture Mal visiting her in her throne room in ancient Arabia, kicking back and sharing some evil schemes over a glass of wine...or possibly blood...
