I'm not going to be much fun to be around today. Yesterday my dogs got into a horrible fight and I made a very hard decision to give up Jerry. I could have given up Chad but Jerry has been digging out and he has always been so shy and timid that I've always felt deep down he would be best off as the only dog in a home where he would be doted on and not have to share any attention or be scared of anyone. The problem is, Jerry Sheppard is my best friend in the world. he's my baby boy and I love him so much, so now I'm grieveing because I know I did the right thing for my dog but losing him is breaking my heart. I have tried to train them out of fighting but it was just getting worse and now everything is peaceful but it feels surreal not having him snuggled next to me with his head on my foot while I type. I miss him so much...
